Refunds

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as merchant of record (including applicable VAT). This page is the refund policy for DS2WAV.

Pro (€5 / month)

Cancel at any time from the LemonSqueezy customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not prorate the current month unless required by law. After the paid period ends, the account returns to the Free plan.

Lifetime (€30 one-time)

If you are in the EU/UK/EEA and you have not started using paid features (unlimited conversion or full-length transcription beyond the Free allowance), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

If you have started using those paid digital features, you agree that performance has begun and the statutory withdrawal right for digital content may no longer apply, except where the law still requires a refund.

Outside those consumer-protection rules, Lifetime is generally non-refundable because it is a one-time unlock of software you can use immediately.

How to ask

Email the operator of ds2wav.com from the same Google address you use to sign in, and include the LemonSqueezy order ID if you have it. We may also process refunds through LemonSqueezy’s order receipts.

Chargebacks

If you need a refund, ask us first. An unjustified chargeback may lead to suspension of the paid plan on the linked account.
